In developing this design Rory Hutton drew on his collection of sketchbooks where he has recorded details from visits to stately homes and auction houses over many years. The Chinese Chippendale hall chairs which can be seen in the four corners of the Pink Drawing Room Scarf were inspired by those seen at Kenwood House, Hampstead Heath.
